Writing, Progress & Gratitude

Tuesday 4 April, 2000

06.30 start – shower, exercises, breakfast and a steady walk to work. I’m feeling better than yesterday. I’m starting to get a routine together which includes writing my journal. Sometimes it is difficult to know what to write, but it is becoming clear that all I have to do is just start writing and the most interesting insights follow; things I didn’t even know were there.

This whole opportunity has been a godsend to me. Two months ago I was wondering how I was going to improve my Parent ego state. I just couldn’t understand how it was supposed to work. Over the last eight weeks I have learned so much. Under normal circumstances it would have taken many months to learn what I have learned here. I already feel different. I also appreciate that there is a long way to go.

I will always continue learning or making the effort to improve myself but this period of concentrated work with Karaj and also with Kuldip has given me a mighty push in the direction I want to go. I am very grateful.
